UK SHIPPING

1) We use the Royal Mail First class signed for service for most orders.

2) We use DPD to ship orders containing hazardous products.

3) All orders will be processed 1-3 working days after we receive it. 

4) All parcels will be sent the day you receive your dispatched email. They will be sent via the next day delivery service which is tracked and signed for.

5) During busy periods orders can take up to 2 working days to process and dispatch.

6) If you have not received your order within 4 working days from the time you receive your dispatched email please contact us at glittermix20@gmail.com.

7) Please note we are not responsible should you input your information wrong at checkout. Should you input your address wrong you will have to wait until the order has been returned to us before we can re send your order to your correct address, should this happen an extra shipping fee will occur which must be paid by you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

1) We ship worldwide to most destinations. Please select the correct destination in the shipping section. If this does not match the address on the order we will have to cancel and refund your order.

2) Please allow for 5-15 days to receive your order internationally.

3) If you have not received your order within 15 days from day of dispatch email please contact us at Glittermix20@gmail.com.

4) Glitter Mix will not be held responsible for any duty or taxes which may apply to your order. If any duty or taxes are not paid by you, your order may be refused/held or destroyed at customs. We will not issue refunds should this happen.

SUMMARY

1) During holidays, busy periods and adverse weather conditions you may experience delays. This is out of our hands and will be due to postal services. We will always aim to get all orders processed and shipped within 3 working days wherever possible.

2) All shipping information is final and cannot be changed after you have made your purchase. Please ensure all of your details are correct before proceeding to pay.

3) We cannot add extra items to orders once you have completed it. Please ensure you have everything you wish to order before proceeding to pay.
